Ordering
The Sugar Web Shop makes reservations for sold out articles, price changes, delays and possible errors.
Payment and shipment
     
At sugarwebshop.com you can pay with Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners Club, JCB or American Express. A shipment fee will be added to your order, depending on the weight of the goods and the destination.

For purchases weighing over 60 kg, contact Webshop for valid delivery prices.
Companies may benefit from lower shipping rates. Please contact Webshop to get an accurate price for delivery to your country. The reimbursement will be done to your credit card account.
The goods will be forwarded to you by the Swedish Post. The payment will be charged to your credit card account at the time the goods are shipped. Your credit card information will be encrypted and transferred directly to the bank through a secure connection.
 Card transactions in this shop are certified by DIBS - a guarantee that this merchant adheres to the international rules stipulated by Visa and MasterCard International.
Delivery times
Orders are processed as fast as possible on a sequential (first come first served). You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, whereupon you will receive your goods within 14 days.
Returning of goods
From the time of delivery, you have 14 days full right to return the purchased goods. Unless you have received wrong or damaged articles, you must pay the return delivery charges. The articles' original packaging must be intact.

Refunding of returned goods
Upon receiving your returned goods, Sugar Webshop will refund your payment to your credit card account.
